What we've done: The analytics on the Overview and team member profile pages have been re-designed to show analytics on a weekly basis across compliments, concerns, response time and workload. You can break down these analytics by team and team member.

Monthly analytics are still available on the "Monthly" tab, and the monthly reports are now contained as sub-tabs there too.
